All Rootd staff are DBS checked, first aid trained and have the necessary qualifications to teach the activities they lead.
They have also received safeguarding training, food safety training, National Governing Body (NGB) training where appropriate, and they have been signed off in in-house activity training.
In addition, they regularly undergo Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to ensure they’re up to date on the latest guidance and legislation.
