Adventure Days for Schools
Bring learning to life with a year-group adventure

An affordable, one-day outdoor adventure away from the classroom is a fantastic learning experience for children and a popular choice for an enrichment day.
It’s a chance for children to get outside, try new activities and develop new skills, all while having great fun and building stronger bonds with their classmates.
And you don’t need to travel far to feel like you’re a world away. Set within acres of woodland and meadows, our Hertfordshire site is located just 5 minutes from the M25 and within an hour of Central London.
A choice of adventure days
Depending on your objectives for the day, when you book an adventure day with us you can choose from one of our three themed adventure days.
Wild Survivors
Children are fully immersed in the natural environment as they learn the essential survival skills needed to thrive in the outdoors, such as fire making, shelter building and outdoor cooking.
And their adventure continues as they’re introduced to the wonders of the British woodland through foraging or animal tracking.

Adventurers Unite

With team challenges and adrenaline-fuelled activities, collaboration is a must on this action-packed day.
Whether they’re working together to build a buggy, navigating our underground tunnels or competing in the crate stack challenge, children will discover just what can be achieved when they work together as a team.
Nature Explorers
Ideal for connecting pupils with the great outdoors, the day encourages children to explore the woodland and discover the many wonders that can be found in nature.
As they learn how to identify our local trees, search together for their favourite minibeast friends or take part in a team scavenger hunt, children connect with the natural environment and come away with a deeper appreciation of the British woodland.

Adventure on your doorstep
Set in a beautiful woodland setting, our Hertfordshire activity centre is easily accessible from Greater London and the South East.
With shorter travel times, this means you can be on camp and beginning your activities by 10.00am. A quicker coach journey also means lower coach costs, which can help to keep the trip more affordable for parents.
