2. We hold the Learning Outside the Classroom accreditation and provide risk assessments, to allow easy sign-off by senior staff and other stakeholders.*
3. We hold dates provisionally for 14 days to give you time to launch the trip to parents.
4. We have a parent-friendly payment structure in place to help boost pupil participation, and if you book over a year in advance, we just ask for a £750 reservation fee with nothing to pay until nine months before your trip.
5. We send you a comprehensive parent guide to help you launch your trip, which answers any questions parents may have on health and safety, our accreditations or our on-site safety measures.
6. We offer to visit your school and deliver a presentation to parents to introduce Rootd and encourage pupil sign-up.
7. We have dedicated teacher and parent information pages, where you can go to find more information and downloadable resources as you prepare for your trip.
