Meet our inspirational team

We couldn't deliver the unique trips we do without our highly trained and dedicated team. With the groups from breakfast to bedtime, our Rootd group leaders work together to make the trips as inspiring and memorable as they can for every child.

They don't just stand on the sidelines, they get stuck in and work alongside your group. They're great at really connecting with students, and it's often our team that children talk about long after the trip is over.

Activities are designed to inspire every child to get involved and encourage independent thinking, creativity and teamwork. Whether this is building a shelter together or guiding each other on the high ropes, students learn resilience and the importance of working together through fun and exciting activities.
