Pods have electric sockets. When staying in the bell-tented villages, there will be the option to charge phones in the indoor dining room at meal times. We also recommend that teachers bring a portable charger.
Does the centre have WiFi?
Whilst the activity centre does not have WiFi, it has a good mobile signal (so adults accompanying students can use their mobile data).
How many teachers/leaders can we bring?
We provide 1 free teacher place for every 10 students. (additional teachers are charged at half price). We recognise that some pupils may require additional support and request that schools contact us to discuss individual pupil requirements.
What time do we arrive on the first day and depart on the final day?
Your group can arrive at 10 am on the first day and leave at 1.45 on the final day.
What does a Rootd adventure include?
We provide all accommodation, activities, equipment, instruction, meals (except packed lunch on day 1), so schools benefit from an all-inclusive activity package.

What will the children be doing when they’re not taking part in activities?
Between activities and before mealtimes, children will have the chance to enjoy some free time together, supervised by teachers. If you have any questions during the trip, please contact your school or your group leader. They should have all the information you need to be able to answer your queries, or they can contact us for anything else.
